The PSG College of Physiotherapy was one such Institute started in the year 1999 as the eighteenth Institution under the PSG Trust, Coimbatore, India.The college is located in the wide spread campus, stretching through an area of 100 Acres. Along with this Institute Hospital, Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy Colleges are also situated. A Physiotherapy department is functioning at Vellalore Primary health centre to give free physiotherapy treatment to the needy poor people, and for NSS activities in and around Vellalore Primary Health Centre
OBJECTIVES
Acquires adequate knowledge of the basic medical subjects in the practice of Physiotherapy.
Develops skills and techniques of Electro therapeutic treatment for the Management of various medical and surgical conditions.
Development of proper attitude for compassion and concern for the individuals and welfare of the physically handicapped in the community.
Demonstrates skills in management and counseling.
Practices moral and ethical values.

The college has a Conference hall, a Seminar hall, a Walking school, an Exercise therapy lab, a Demonstration lab and an Electrotherapy lab.
